Will there be any immediate changes at the parks from the merger?

At this time, we do not anticipate making any major changes at the park level. Our parks continue to operate on their normal schedules and our teams are focused on making people happy by delivering amazing experiences that inspire lasting connections and lifelong memories. Ultimately, we expect this combination will enable us to deliver even more engaging and entertaining experiences to guests.

Will this impact pricing, ticket options or season passes?

We do not anticipate any immediate changes to our pricing, ticket options or season passes as a result of completing this merger. However, during the season we do adjust pricing based on volume and demand in each of our markets.

Will the names of the Cedar Fair parks change?

The combined company will maintain the legacy names and branding of each park in its portfolio, and no changes to park names are planned or being contemplated at this time.

What does this mean for 2024 season passes and All Park Passports

There will be no immediate changes to 2024 season passes or 2024 All Parks Passports as a result of this merger. You can continue to use your passes as you always have.

Can my 2024 Cedar Fair Season Pass be used at Six Flags Parks?

At this time, 2024 Cedar Fair Gold or Prestige Passes with the All Park Passport add-on may only be used to access legacy Cedar Fair parks.

Can my 2024 Six Flags season pass be used at Cedar Fair parks?

At this time, 2024 Six Flags Plus and Diamond Elite memberships as well as Diamond Passes may only be used to access legacy Six Flags parks.

Will the company introduce a new season pass that provides access to all parks? If so, when will that happen?

It’s clear our guests see tremendous value in the season-pass programs. There are no plans to offer a new season pass with access to all parks in 2024. However, we believe there may be an opportunity in the future to offer expanded park access to season pass holders. Please check your home park’s website for updates on Season Pass product offerings and all park access options.

Can my 2024 Cedar Fair Pass Perks be used at Six Flags parks?

At this time, 2024 Cedar Fair Pass Perks may not be used at legacy Six Flags parks.

Can my 2024 Six Flags Passholder Rewards be used at Cedar Fair parks?

At this time, 2024 Six Flags Passholder Rewards may not be used at legacy Cedar Fair parks.

Will there be any immediate changes to Pass Holder Rewards or Pass Perks?

We do not anticipate any immediate changes to the current Rewards/Loyalty Programs at legacy Cedar Fair and Six Flags parks.

Can my 2024 Six Flags Season Pass add-ons be used at Cedar Fair parks?

At this time, 2024 Six Flags Season Pass add-ons – including Dining Pass, Season Drink Bottle, All Season Flash Pass, Speedy Parking, and Picture Pass – may not be used at legacy Cedar Fair parks.

Can my 2024 Cedar Fair Season Pass add-ons be used at Six Flags parks?

At this time, 2024 Cedar Fair Season Pass add-ons – including All Season Dining, Season Pass Drink Plans, Season Pass Fast Lane and All Season Photo Plans – may not be used at legacy Six Flags parks.

Will there be any immediate changes to hotel discounts for season passholders?

We do not anticipate any immediate changes to hotel discounts for season pass holders. Legacy Cedar Fair hotel properties will continue to offer discounts for legacy Cedar Fair park pass holders.

Will the monthly payments on a 2024 Season Pass change?

No, any current monthly payment plans will continue to be charged as originally outlined at the time of purchase.

General Information

What is the difference between THE FLASH Pass and a Skip the line Pass?

THE FLASH Pass is a ride reservation system that you can use as many times as you would like during your visit to the park. Some rides may have certain limitations. A THE FLASH Pass is an add-on item that can be purchased by anyone once they have gained access to the park. A Skip the Line pass is a special benefit for certain season pass/ membership holders. It allows those guests to skip the line of one (1) ride, one (1) time, for that one (1) passholder. Once the Skip the Line pass has been used the benefit will no longer be available for use.

Do I need a smart phone to use THE FLASH Pass?

Yes. A smart phone with access to the internet is required to utilize the service, including Skip The Line passes. Bands and tickets are not accepted at THE FLASH Pass ride entry points. Participating water parks may have alternative options.

Are there group rates for THE FLASH Pass?

Yes, for future purchases. Same day group sales are not available. If your group is of 15 to 99 guests, please use the Tickets & Passes tab and select Group Tickets from the drop-down menu. For groups of 100 people or more, please follow the same steps to request more information.

Can I use my All Season THE FLASH Pass at all parks?

No. The All Season THE FLASH Pass can only be used at your home park. There is a National Season THE FLASH Pass option that can be purchased from your home park website and be used at all participating THE FLASH Pass locations.

Can I use my THE FLASH Pass on any day after I purchased it?

No. THE FLASH Pass can only be used for the day it was purchased for. Dates are non-transferable.

Does THE FLASH Pass include admission to the park?

No. THE FLASH Pass does not include admission to the park. Admission is required to be able to utilize THE FLASH Pass.

Do all the names of the people using THE FLASH Pass have to be on the ticket voucher?

Yes, the ticket can only be used for the assigned guest. Tickets are for each person and cannot be shared.

How many tickets will I receive for a multi-party THE FLASH Pass?

Prices are per person; therefore each person must have their own ticket. If your group will be staying together each ticket can be used on the same account.

What if I lose my Print-N-Go Ticket(s)?

To look up your receipt, enter your email address and your 10-digit telephone number. Once your receipt is shown, you can click the link to reprint your Print-N-Go order.

I’ve lost my Season Pass or Member ID Card, what can I do?

Your Six Flags Season Pass or Member ID Card can only be replaced by visiting Guest Relations at the Front Gate in person on any Park operating day. The replacement fee is $20. Upload your pass into the Six Flags App for convenient use.

What is the minimum size of a group?

What is the weather like?

The weather varies on a daily basis. You may want to bring a jacket or sweatshirt for cool mornings and evenings. If you don’t want to carry it around, store it in the park's lockers until you need it. Please check the local weather services before your visit just in case.

I lost something in the park. What should I do?

Head on over to Lost and Found located in Hometown Square. Ride attendants cannot be responsible for articles left on ride platforms. Please secure all loose articles before boarding. Six Flags is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved from ride areas when the park closes and kept at Lost and Found for seven days. Do I need a smart phone to use THE FLASH Pass?

Are laser pointers permitted at Six Flags America?

For the safety of our guests and employees, laser pointers are not permitted.

Are recreational wheels (rollerskates, skateboards, etc.) allowed?

We know they are fun, but for safety reasons, no recreation wheels, including rollerblades, Heelys and other tennis shoe style roller skates are permitted at Six Flags America.

Can I rent a stroller or wheelchair?

Absolutely! If you require the use of a stroller or wheelchair, we can help! We offer a limited number of strollers, wheelchairs and electronically controlled vehicles for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. To rent yours, stop over at the Main Street Service Center, across from the Main Street fountain.

Can I smoke?

Six Flags America is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and e-cigarettes may only be used in designated smoking areas. Please consult the park map for exact locations. Smoking is also prohibited for guests under 18 years of age. Guests smoking outside of the designated areas will be ejected from the park without refund.

Does Six Flags America have a dress code?

We want you to dress casually and comfortably, but in keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Six Flags America strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn in the park at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted at any time (shirts cannot be turned inside out as a solution). Bathing suits may be worn only in Hurricane Harbor water park. Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.

Does the park ever close because of weather?

Yes, sometimes we have to close because of weather. Guest safety is our number one priority and there are certain weather circumstances that may cause the entire park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. As soon as closures are confirmed the website operating calendar will be updated with the park’s current operating status. Please check the website prior to visiting on days when weather may be a concern.

Is there a place to store my belongings inside the park?

If you’d prefer not to lug your belongings around with you we offer all day and hourly storage locker rentals. All day lockers are located in front of Hurricane Bay in Hurricane Harbor and across from the Grand Theater on Main Street. The lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be reserved in advance. There is a nominal charge for locker usage. The lockers in Hurricane Harbor close when the water park closes, typically an hour before the theme park closes for the day. All items must be removed at this time. All lockers are cleared out each night at park close. Any articles found in lockers are turned into Lost and Found. Six Flags is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Where should I leave my pets?

We know you love your pets and we love animals, too––but they are not allowed in the park (with the exception of service animals used by the hearing and visually impaired). Six Flags America does not provide kennel services. For the health and safety of your pet, do not leave it in your car for any length of time while visiting the park. Six Flags America will call Animal Services to rescue your pet at your expense if necessary.

What if I lose my Print-N-Go Ticket(s)?

To look up your receipt, enter your email address and your 10-digit telephone number. Once your receipt is shown, you can click the link to reprint your Print-N-Go order.

What should I do if I can’t print my online tickets?

First, be sure to read your email receipt for complete instructions (which contains a link to the ticket registration page URL). Second, check your printer. Make sure it is plugged in, turned on, properly connected, and has enough ink. If you are still unable to print your tickets, please go to the Guest Relations office at the park on the day of your visit where they will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you. Be sure to bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets, a photo ID, and your email receipt or order confirmation number.

Why can’t I view the online store?

This e-commerce website requires the free Macromedia Flash Player 8. If you do not have the Flash Player 8 you can download the latest version. The minimum recommended screen resolution is 1024 X 768. The minimum recommended connection speed for dial-up modems is 56k.

Why do I have to register each Print-N-Go ticket?

For security reasons, including deterring online fraud, each guest must show photo ID at the turnstiles matching the name that is printed on the ticket. Only young children without Student ID will be allowed entry without ID. For organized groups only, tickets may be registered in the name of the group. The group leader may be asked for photo ID.

Why is there a $1 “pending transaction” on my credit card statement?

If you purchased tickets and received a confirmation number, or if you tried to purchase tickets but the transaction did not complete, you may see a $1 "pending transaction" when reviewing your online credit card statement. The $1 transaction is used by the credit card networks to verify certain information prior to authorizing a purchase. In ALL cases this $1 transaction will automatically drop off and you will not be charged the extra dollar.

Can I pick up my order at the park?

A "will call" option is not available at this time. However, for Print-N-Go tickets only, if you are unable to print your tickets, please go to Guest Relations at the park on the day of your visit where they will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you as long as you bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets, a photo ID, and if possible your email receipt or your order confirmation number.

How can I look up my receipt or reprint my Print-N-Go order?

To look up your receipt, enter the last four digits of your credit card number and your 10-digit telephone number. Once your receipt is shown, you can click the link to reprint your Print-N-Go order.

How do I get my season passholder coupon book?

New for 2014! Bonuses for Season Pass Holders will now be loaded directly onto your Season Pass card with a website detailing all the special offers. Simply process your pass and our team will get you set up for a full season of fun and thrills! 

How do I print my tickets at home?

Print-N-Go technology allows you to print your tickets from your computer printer and use those tickets at the park. Skip the ticket booth. Go straight to the gate! You must assign the name of the ticket holder to each Print-N-Go ticket before printing your tickets. You will be asked to register each ticket after the purchase is complete by clicking on the Print-N-Go logo on the order confirmation screen. If you do not know the name of the person(s) who will use the ticket(s), please wait to print the ticket(s). For security reasons, including deterring online fraud, each guest must show photo ID at the turnstiles matching the name that is printed on the ticket. Only young children without Student ID will be allowed entry without ID.

I can’t complete the order because I don’t know all of the information about the season passholder. What should I do?

You must have all of the information necessary to complete the order. If you do not have all of the information, you may purchase a season pass directly from the park.

What if I lose my Print-N-Go Ticket(s)?

If you have lost your tickets, please reprint your tickets by following the instructions in your email receipt. If you do not have an email receipt, please go to Guest Relations at the park on the day of your visit. They will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you as long as you bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets, a photo ID, and if possible your email receipt or your order confirmation number.

Is there a discount for AAA members?

AAA members receive $5 off the general admission with the "Show Your Card and Save" program when presenting your membership card at any of our ticket booths (good for up to six discounted tickets). AAA members also receive a 10% discount on merchandise purchases of $15 or more.

Is there a processing fee?

All orders incur a processing fee, which can be found on the order form. Online orders also incur a processing fee, applied at checkout.

What does my Six Flags America admission ticket include?

Your Six Flags America admission ticket includes a ton! All rides, shows and attractions are covered (with the exception Big Easy Speedway).

 

 

What if I have an unused Season Pass from a prior season?

Six Flags America Season Passes are only valid for the year they are purchased. We do not offer upgrades from year to year.

What is the best admission value?

No, Six Flags America is a pay-one-price facility. Because of the breadth of entertainment offered for all ages, Six Flags maintains the pay-one-price policy for all guests to enjoy the rides, slides, shows, and other entertainment.

Does my child need a Season pass or daily ticket?

Children two-years-old and younger receive free admission to Six Flags America. A guest does not need a season pass until they turn three years old. Once your child is three years old, the price would be the same as the other passes. If your two-year-old is going to turn three during the current season, then we recommend buying the pass now, as it is usually cheaper than it will be later in the season.

Does Six Flags America offer group discounts?

Yes, groups of 15 or more people are eligible for a group discount. Annually, we host hundreds of groups from businesses, schools, unions, churches and social organizations. You may visit the groups page, or call 301-867-0272 for group information. Does Six Flags offer rain checks?

Will the company introduce a new season pass that provides access to all parks? If so, when will that happen?

It’s clear our guests see tremendous value in the season-pass programs. There are no plans to offer a new season pass with access to all parks in 2024. However, we believe there may be an opportunity in the future to offer expanded park access to season pass holders. Can my 2024 Cedar Fair Pass Perks be used at Six Flags parks?

At this time, 2024 Cedar Fair Pass Perks may not be used at legacy Six Flags parks.

No, any current monthly payment plans will continue to be charged as originally outlined at the time of purchase.

What is the difference between THE FLASH Pass and a Skip the line Pass?

THE FLASH Pass is a ride reservation system that you can use as many times as you would like during your visit to the park. Some rides may have certain limitations. A THE FLASH Pass is an add-on item that can be purchased by anyone once they have gained access to the park. A Skip the Line pass is a special benefit for certain season pass/ membership holders. It allows those guests to skip the line of one (1) ride, one (1) time, for that one (1) passholder. Once the Skip the Line pass has been used the benefit will no longer be available for use.

Do I need a smart phone to use THE FLASH Pass?

Yes. A smart phone with access to the internet is required to utilize the service, including Skip The Line passes. Bands and tickets are not accepted at THE FLASH Pass ride entry points. Participating water parks may have alternative options.

Are there group rates for THE FLASH Pass?

Can I use my All Season THE FLASH Pass at all parks?

No. The All Season THE FLASH Pass can only be used at your home park. There is a National Season THE FLASH Pass option that can be purchased from your home park website and be used at all participating THE FLASH Pass locations.

Can I use my THE FLASH Pass on any day after I purchased it?

No. THE FLASH Pass can only be used for the day it was purchased for. Dates are non-transferable.

Does THE FLASH Pass include admission to the park?

I’ve lost my Season Pass or Member ID Card, what can I do?

For the safety of our guests and employees, laser pointers are not permitted.

Are recreational wheels (rollerskates, skateboards, etc.) allowed?

We know they are fun, but for safety reasons, no recreation wheels, including rollerblades, Heelys and other tennis shoe style roller skates are permitted at Six Flags America.

Can I rent a stroller or wheelchair?

Absolutely! If you require the use of a stroller or wheelchair, we can help! We offer a limited number of strollers, wheelchairs and electronically controlled vehicles for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. To rent yours, stop over at the Main Street Service Center, across from the Main Street fountain.

Can I smoke?

Six Flags America is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and e-cigarettes may only be used in designated smoking areas. Please consult the park map for exact locations. Smoking is also prohibited for guests under 18 years of age. Guests smoking outside of the designated areas will be ejected from the park without refund.

Does Six Flags America have a dress code?

We want you to dress casually and comfortably, but in keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Six Flags America strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn in the park at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted at any time (shirts cannot be turned inside out as a solution). Bathing suits may be worn only in Hurricane Harbor water park. Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.

Does the park ever close because of weather?

Yes, sometimes we have to close because of weather. Guest safety is our number one priority and there are certain weather circumstances that may cause the entire park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. As soon as closures are confirmed the website operating calendar will be updated with the park’s current operating status. Please check the website prior to visiting on days when weather may be a concern.

Is there a place to store my belongings inside the park?

If you’d prefer not to lug your belongings around with you we offer all day and hourly storage locker rentals. All day lockers are located in front of Hurricane Bay in Hurricane Harbor and across from the Grand Theater on Main Street. The lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be reserved in advance. There is a nominal charge for locker usage. The lockers in Hurricane Harbor close when the water park closes, typically an hour before the theme park closes for the day. All items must be removed at this time. All lockers are cleared out each night at park close. Any articles found in lockers are turned into Lost and Found. Six Flags is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Where should I leave my pets?

We know you love your pets and we love animals, too––but they are not allowed in the park (with the exception of service animals used by the hearing and visually impaired). Six Flags America does not provide kennel services. For the health and safety of your pet, do not leave it in your car for any length of time while visiting the park. Six Flags America will call Animal Services to rescue your pet at your expense if necessary.

What if I lose my Print-N-Go Ticket(s)?

To look up your receipt, enter your email address and your 10-digit telephone number. Once your receipt is shown, you can click the link to reprint your Print-N-Go order.

What should I do if I can’t print my online tickets?

First, be sure to read your email receipt for complete instructions (which contains a link to the ticket registration page URL). Second, check your printer. Make sure it is plugged in, turned on, properly connected, and has enough ink. If you are still unable to print your tickets, please go to the Guest Relations office at the park on the day of your visit where they will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you. Be sure to bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets, a photo ID, and your email receipt or order confirmation number.

Why can’t I view the online store?

This e-commerce website requires the free Macromedia Flash Player 8. If you do not have the Flash Player 8 you can download the latest version. The minimum recommended screen resolution is 1024 X 768. The minimum recommended connection speed for dial-up modems is 56k.

Why do I have to register each Print-N-Go ticket?

For security reasons, including deterring online fraud, each guest must show photo ID at the turnstiles matching the name that is printed on the ticket. Only young children without Student ID will be allowed entry without ID. For organized groups only, tickets may be registered in the name of the group. The group leader may be asked for photo ID.

Why is there a $1 “pending transaction” on my credit card statement?

If you purchased tickets and received a confirmation number, or if you tried to purchase tickets but the transaction did not complete, you may see a $1 "pending transaction" when reviewing your online credit card statement. The $1 transaction is used by the credit card networks to verify certain information prior to authorizing a purchase. In ALL cases this $1 transaction will automatically drop off and you will not be charged the extra dollar.

Can I pick up my order at the park?

A "will call" option is not available at this time. However, for Print-N-Go tickets only, if you are unable to print your tickets, please go to Guest Relations at the park on the day of your visit where they will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you as long as you bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets, a photo ID, and if possible your email receipt or your order confirmation number.

How can I look up my receipt or reprint my Print-N-Go order?

To look up your receipt, enter the last four digits of your credit card number and your 10-digit telephone number. Once your receipt is shown, you can click the link to reprint your Print-N-Go order.

How do I get my season passholder coupon book?

New for 2014! Bonuses for Season Pass Holders will now be loaded directly onto your Season Pass card with a website detailing all the special offers. Simply process your pass and our team will get you set up for a full season of fun and thrills! 

How do I print my tickets at home?

Print-N-Go technology allows you to print your tickets from your computer printer and use those tickets at the park. Skip the ticket booth. Go straight to the gate! You must assign the name of the ticket holder to each Print-N-Go ticket before printing your tickets. You will be asked to register each ticket after the purchase is complete by clicking on the Print-N-Go logo on the order confirmation screen. If you do not know the name of the person(s) who will use the ticket(s), please wait to print the ticket(s). For security reasons, including deterring online fraud, each guest must show photo ID at the turnstiles matching the name that is printed on the ticket. Only young children without Student ID will be allowed entry without ID.

I can’t complete the order because I don’t know all of the information about the season passholder. What should I do?

You must have all of the information necessary to complete the order. If you do not have all of the information, you may purchase a season pass directly from the park.

What if I lose my Print-N-Go Ticket(s)?

If you have lost your tickets, please reprint your tickets by following the instructions in your email receipt. If you do not have an email receipt, please go to Guest Relations at the park on the day of your visit. They will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you as long as you bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets, a photo ID, and if possible your email receipt or your order confirmation number.

Is there a discount for AAA members?

AAA members receive $5 off the general admission with the "Show Your Card and Save" program when presenting your membership card at any of our ticket booths (good for up to six discounted tickets). AAA members also receive a 10% discount on merchandise purchases of $15 or more.

Is there a processing fee?

All orders incur a processing fee, which can be found on the order form. Online orders also incur a processing fee, applied at checkout.

What does my Six Flags America admission ticket include?

Your Six Flags America admission ticket includes a ton! All rides, shows and attractions are covered (with the exception Big Easy Speedway).

 

 

What if I have an unused Season Pass from a prior season?

Six Flags America Season Passes are only valid for the year they are purchased. We do not offer upgrades from year to year.

What is the best admission value?

Does my child need a Season pass or daily ticket?

Children two-years-old and younger receive free admission to Six Flags America. A guest does not need a season pass until they turn three years old. Once your child is three years old, the price would be the same as the other passes. If your two-year-old is going to turn three during the current season, then we recommend buying the pass now, as it is usually cheaper than it will be later in the season.

Does Six Flags America offer group discounts?

Yes, groups of 15 or more people are eligible for a group discount. Annually, we host hundreds of groups from businesses, schools, unions, churches and social organizations. Does Six Flags offer rain checks?

How much of a deposit do you require?

We do not require a deposit for school groups, though we do require the payment in full at least two weeks in advance of your visit.
