Embark on a journey of discovery with our exclusive animal interaction program, Tails & Scales. Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Animal Ambassadors during a 25–30-minute small animal Meet and Greet, featuring 2-3 captivating animals that are not on public exhibit. Capture priceless moments with our charismatic creatures. Tails & Scales provide ample photo opportunities, allowing you to share your unique wildlife encounter with friends and family.

Program Information:

Price: $24.99 per Participant
Interaction Time: 12:00 pm
- On days on which the park opens at 12:00 pm, the program will begin at 12:30 pm to allow guests enough time to reach the meeting location: Only applies to days in which the park opens at 12:00 pm.
- Interaction Duration: 25 – 30 minutes
- Meeting location: Please meet your Tails & Scales Guide at the Safari Guest Relations located near Odin’s Temple of the Tiger 10 minutes prior to your program.
- Capacity: 6 guests

Program Requirements and Policies:

Guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. Children who are 2-years old or younger do not require a ticket.

Park admission is required to participate and is NOT included with this program.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, please advise us prior to your interaction if there are any emotional, behavioral, or physical conditions that could affect a guest’s participation so we may make appropriate accommodations.

Prior to your program, you will receive a call and/or email confirmation from Education staff to confirm your booking and provide any relevant program information.

While most of our animal interaction programs are hands-on, we can never guarantee touching or feeding animals.

This program runs rain or shine. If severe weather prompts a park closure, guests will be contacted regarding options for their purchased programs.

There are no refunds.

You can reschedule your program 72 hours or more from your original reservation date and time. There will be no rescheduling accepted with less than 72 hours’ notice.
