Park Services

We know you’re going to have a fantastic experience at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and we want your time with us to be fun, adventurous and care free. That’s why we offer a wide range of helpful services to make sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your day with us.

Need Cash? No problem! ATMs are conveniently located throughout the park. Here’s where you can find them:

  • Main Gate
  • Hospitality
  • SUPERMAN Store
  • Candy Storm
  • Sangerfest Halle
  • Crackaxle Canyon
  • Crow’s Nest Ferris Wheel
  • Tornado
  • White Water Canyon

If you get a cut or scrape or need a little TLC, head over to our Health Services Station located next to Sangerfest Halle in Spassburg. Guests may store medications here during their visit. Groups with medical release forms should check in at this station. A second Health Services Station is also available in White Water Bay.

All injuries must be reported to first aid prior to leaving the park.

If you’d prefer not to lug your belongings around with you all day, we offer storage lockers. These may be rented for a nominal charge on a first-come, first-served basis. You can find them just inside the front gate, and at the entrance to White Water Bay. Lockers may not be reserved in advance. If you rent a locker in White Water Bay, you must remove your items before the waterpark closes (which is earlier than the theme park).

Lose something? Don’t worry report your lost item online on our Lost and Found Services Page

After parents reach the front of the ride line, one parent may wait with the child/children while the other parent enjoys the attraction … then, they can swap places!

We know you love your pets and we love animals, too. Six Flags Fiesta Texas offers kennel facilities located to the right of the Main Entrance. Pets cannot be kept overnight and must have current vaccinations and registration tags.

Restrooms, telephones and drinking fountains are located at the main entrance and in each themed area.

We welcome guests with special needs and we want to make their visit a comfortable and memorable one. Guests with disabilities who require the assistance of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in order to enjoy equal access to the park may request that Six Flags Fiesta Texas waive the cost of admission for their  PCA. After you purchase your tickets, please visit Guest Relations and ask any of our Team Members for a “PCA Reasonable Accommodation Request Form.”

As of October 9, Six Flags Fiesta Texas only accepts card and mobile payments at all in-park locations including restaurants, retail stores, games, ticket windows, and all parking toll booths. No cash? No problem! Visit one of our kiosks in the park to take advantage of the cash-to-a-card program, which allows you to convert your cash to a prepaid debit card. Not only can you use this card throughout your visit, feel free to use leftover funds anywhere in the U.S. where VISA is accepted.

Switching to card and mobile payments means there’s more options! You can pay for purchases using a VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, any debit card, or Apple Pay and Google Pay.
