We know you’re going to have a fantastic experience at Six Flags Great Adventure, and we want your time with us to be fun, adventurous and care free. That’s why we offer a wide range of helpful services to make sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your day with us.

If you get a cut or scrape or need a little TLC, head over to our First Aid Center located behind Garden State Grill or next to Six Flags Kids in the Boardwalk area. Over-the-counter products are available at Main Street Market and General Traders.

Lose something? Don’t worry — it may have already been found! To claim lost items, visit the Lost and Found office located outside the main gate – hand stamp required for re-entry. Please note: stuffed prizes are not permitted on rides, and Six Flags is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items.

Please allow 2 hours for items to arrive at the Stroller Rental station, located next to the Main Gate.

Designated for groups where everyone is not tall enough to ride! Parents of children under 54 inches can stop by the Ride Information Center for a Kid Swap Pass. This pass allows for one or two parents to wait in a designated area while the rest of the party enters the queue for a thrill attraction. Then they swap places! This way everyone gets to experience the rides they want!

Have a little one? See if they measure up at our height checking station located at the front entrance of the park, before security screening. Children will receive a wristband that corresponds with their height for ease of access onto the rides they meet the height requirement. Also available at this location is park information, Kid Swap Passes, and disability information. The Ride Information Center will close on hour before the park’s scheduled closing.

If you require the use of a stroller or wheelchair, we can help! We offer a limited number of strollers, wheelchairs and electronically controlled vehicles for rent on a first—come, first—served basis. To rent yours, stop over on Main Street next to Guest Relations. Only credit cards are accepted for rentals, cash is no longer accepted. Wheelchair rentals are $25 and require a $25 deposit by a credit card, electronic convenience vehicles are $55 plus a $50 deposit by credit card. Guest must be 18 years old or older to rent an ECV. Guest must be present with their own credit card to make the rental deposit and receive the deposit refund. We cannot reserve ECVs or take credit card information over the phone.

We welcome guests with special needs and we want to make their visit a comfortable and memorable one. Guests with disabilities who require the assistance of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in order to enjoy equal access to the park may request that Six Flags Great Adventure will  waive the cost of admission for their  PCA. After you purchase your tickets, please visit Guest Relations and ask any of our Hosts or Hostesses for a “PCA Reasonable Accommodation Request Form.”
