Do not pay attention to this vertigo, it is simply the continuous movement of the Vertigo dives!
Some people aren’t fans of the whole gravity thing. Why do we have to keep our heads up and our feet on the ground? If you decide to board Vertigo, the massive 18-meter pendulum swinging above you, prepare to see life from a whole new angle.
Take a seat in one of Vertigo’s massive arms and tell your fear of heights to bother someone else. Vertigo’s pendulum swings back and forth, ever higher and before you know it, you’re upside down. Then, a steep dive will bring you back to the other side… before it all starts again!
Normally, good old roller coasters do one or two fairly large inversions and that’s it. Vertigo planes are a lot more devious, say 10 full 360 degree revolutions. That’s serious when we talk about seeing the world upside down! In fact, on the last loop, you’ll be suspended for what feels like an eternity.
Try to keep it casual as you take on this gravity challenge, because you’re not alone. With most seats facing each other, you’ll see the fright on the faces of other passengers. Or are they smiling ear to ear? Somehow it’s impossible to know when everyone’s upside down.
