BABY CARE CENTER
Coming to the park with a baby? Don’t worry, we have facilities for everything you will need. Our Baby Care Center is located at Lost Parents near the entrance to Bugs Bunny National Park, and offers facilities for feeding, bottle warming, diaper changing, etc. Additionally, all restrooms have changing stations and bottles may be warmed in most restaurants.
CABANA RENTALS
Relax in a luxurious, private poolside Cabana. These perfect getaways are available for rent at the Wave Pool in Hurricane Harbor waterpark. Book in advance online or on the day of your visit at the Cabana Rental Stand in Hurricane Harbor.

FIRST AID
If you get a cut or scrape or need a little TLC, head over to our First Aid area where paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians are on duty at all times. First Aid areas are located in DC Comics Plaza and Hurricane Harbor (during water park operating hours). Guests may also store medications here during their visit and groups with medical release forms should check in at this station. Some over the counter medications are available at LaClede’s Mart in 1904 World’s Fair, Power Up! Gift Shop in DC COMICS Plaza, Marquette’s Market in Chouteau’s Market, Pandemonium Gifts in Britannia, Flags Gift Shop in 1904 World’s Fair, and Monsoon Marge’s in Hurricane Harbor.
KIDS SWAP PROGRAM
Designated for groups in which everyone is not tall enough to ride!
- Bring everyone through the line.
- When preparing to board tell the Ride Attendant you are using the KID SWAP program.
- Anyone not tall enough to ride can wait at the exit with an adult from your group.
- After the first ride is done, one person may ride again with the adult who just waited!
LOCKERS
If you’d prefer not to lug your belongings around with you all day, we offer storage lockers. These may be rented for a nominal charge on a first-come, first-served basis. You can find them just inside the front gate and at the entrance of Hurricane Harbor. They may not be reserved in advance. The lockers in Hurricane Harbor close when the water park closes, which is before the theme park. All items must be removed from Hurricane Harbor lockers at closing time for Hurricane Harbor. Additionally, Hourly Lockers are located at American Thunder, Batman the Ride, The Boss, Pandemonium and The River King Mine Train to store items that are not allowed on the ride.
LOST AND FOUND
Lose something? Don’t worry — it may have already been found! To claim or report lost items, visit Lost and Found located at Palace Services. Please note: stuffed prizes are not permitted on rides, and Six Flags St. Louis is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Please be aware of pre-ride announcements and secure all loose articles before boarding the ride. If any of your articles do become lost, please be sure to report the lost article(s) before leaving the park, as this will help in locating the item. Any item(s) found after guests leave will be matched up to lost article reports. Guests will be contacted if articles are matched. Articles that cannot be matched within one week are donated to local charities.
LOST PARENTS
If your child gets lost or separated from your party, contact a Six Flags team member or security officer for assistance, or go to Lost Parents near the entrance to Bugs Bunny National Park. Please point out this office to your children as you enter the park and arrange to meet there if you become separated.
PACKAGE PICK-UP
No need to carry your purchase through the park all day! Buy now, and pick up later at LaClede’s.
PET KENNEL
We know you love your pets and we love animals, too. Six Flags St. Louis offers free kennel facilities as a service to our guests. “Park-a-Pet” is located in the parking lot area, just past Toll Plaza. Please see the Toll Plaza Attendant to reserve a kennel for the day. Pets are not allowed inside the park with the exception of service animals. Pets cannot be kept overnight, and must have current vaccinations and registration tags.
PICTURE YOUR MEMORIES
We will take in-action photos of you on the rides and you can take these memories home with you. These quality photos can be taken at one of our many locations throughout the park including: Log Flume and American Thunder roller coaster!
RESTROOMS/DRINKING FOUNTAINS
Restrooms and drinking fountains are located at the main entrance and in each themed area.
STROLLER AND WHEELCHAIR RENTALS
Electric and standard wheelchairs as well as strollers are available for rent at Palace Rentals inside the park near the Palace Theatre.. Available on a first come, first serve basis, so arrive early! Deposit may be required in addition to rental fee.
PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT
We welcome guests with special needs and we want to make their visit a comfortable and memorable one. Guests with disabilities who require the assistance of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in order to enjoy equal access to the park may request that Six Flags St. Louis will waive the cost of admission for their PCA. After you purchase your tickets, please visit Guest Relations and ask any of our Hosts or Hostesses for a “PCA Reasonable Accommodation Request Form.”
