Review Park Policies

We are committed to keeping Six Flags White Water a place where families can enjoy a one-of-a-kind water park full of fun experiences for all ages. In order to ‘Protect the Fun,’ we expect all guests to abide by our Code of Conduct.

Additionally, certain new and returning park policies have been enacted to ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Chaperone Policy
In 2025, Six Flags White Water will enforce a Chaperone Policy.

Under this policy, all guests ages 15 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old to be admitted to or remain in the park. The policy will be in effect daily by 4:00 p.m. local time — Six Flags White Water reserves the right to begin enforcing the Chaperone Policy earlier on any given day.

The chaperone must present a valid government-issued photo identification with date of birth at ticket entry. One chaperone may accompany no more than 10 guests ages 15 or younger per day. In addition, the chaperone must accompany their party during entry, remain inside the park during their visit, and be available by phone throughout their stay.

Guests 16 years of age or older may be asked to present a valid government issued photo identification (Driver’s license, State Issued ID Card, Passport) with date of birth at entry to verify their age. If unable to verify proof of age, guests may be denied entry into the park.

To view the full Chaperone Policy, please visit our Park Policies webpage.

Smoking Policy
We are committed to promoting a healthier, safer, and more welcoming environment where thrill-seekers of all ages come together to enjoy a one-of-a-kind park full of fun experiences.

To support this commitment, we are implementing a smoke-free policy inside our water park beginning with the 2025 season.

Smoking will not be permitted inside the park, including e-cigarettes and vapes. A designated smoking area is available outside of the park’s security entrance. Six Flags prohibits smoking marijuana at any time, even in designated smoking areas.

Review Guest Safety, Accessibility & Rider Requirements

At Six Flags White Water, the safety and well-being of our guests and associates is our highest priority. To ensure a fun and safe experience, each attraction has specific height and size restrictions, which can be found at the entrance of each attraction or in the Guest Safety and Accessibility Guide. Additionally, accommodation information for guests with disabilities can also be found in this guide.

Life Jackets
Complimentary life jackets are available for use throughout the park. Children, first-time swimmers or weak swimmers are encouraged to wear a life jacket. Additionally, some attractions require guests below a specific height to wear a life jacket before participating in the attraction.

Water Park Attire
Appropriate swimwear is required to enjoy the attractions at Six Flags White Water. Bathing suits with metal buttons, rivets, zippers or snaps are not permitted on certain attractions. Learn more on our Park Policies webpage.

We encourage guests to review the Guest Safety and Accessibility Guide prior to their visit to manage expectations, especially families with small children.
